Synchro' does not show the full effects of queuing and <br />blocking. <br /> <br />Below summarizes some of the Mn/DOT resources and data available to you: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The Mn/DOT Traffic Engineering web site, <br />h~tp://www, dot.state.mn.us/trafficeng/signalsl 0l/indexlhtml is a great reference for <br />Mn/DOT Signal Operation Manual, Signals 101 course material, and a variety of other <br />traffic publications. All found under the Publications button, in the Manuals and <br />Guidelines pulldown. <br /> <br />2) Turning movements are available on the Mn/DOT website: <br /> http://wxx~'.dot.state.nm.us/metro/warrant/, or by calling Colleen LarSon at 651-634- <br /> 2144. <br /> <br />Attached is an arterial modeling checklist that should be used prior to <br />submit-ting any files to Mn/DOT. We <br />ask that only the .sy6 files, electronic turning movements, & reports be sent <br />electronically. Please do not include any of the .hst files.
