Letter of Understanding Between <br /> <br />Leonard W. Levine and The Tinklenberg Group <br />entered into November 8, 2005 <br /> <br />The following items as part of this Letter of Understanding serve as terms and <br />agreement for services provided by Leonard Levine (Consultant) to The <br />Tinklenberg Group. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall use its experience, understanding and knowledge of <br />transportation issues, systems, regulations and agencies to assist The <br />Tinklenberg Group in advancing and securing transportation plans and <br />improvements critical to the needs of its client, the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />This assistance shall include specifically: <br /> <br />· Working at the direction of The Tinklenberg Group to implement a strategy <br /> supporting a cooperative multi-jurisdictional approach to the planning and <br /> funding of improvements to TH10FFH169 within, and in the vicinity of, the <br /> City of Ramsey and affecting the mobility of its residents and businesses. <br /> <br />· As approved and directed by The Tinklenberg Group scheduling and <br /> conducting meetings with appropriate officials and stakeholders. <br /> <br />The fee for these services which will begin on 1211t05 shall not exceed <br />$2,000.00/per month plus expenses. The Consultant shall provide monthly <br />invoices to The Tinklenberg Group including an accounting of hours spent and <br />activities performed. <br /> <br />-549- <br /> <br /> <br />
