Board Authority <br /> <br />Members of the Personnel Committee have expressed cort~ern over the fact that this <br />Board can overrule the Planning Commission and the City Council: Patrick Trudgeon, <br />Community Development Director, will be in attendance at the Personnel Committee <br />meeting to discuss board authority as per state statute. <br /> <br />Committee Action <br /> <br />Staff is seeking direction regarding recruiting members for this Board.
