Absent: Chairperson Elvig. .- <br /> <br />Update on Elmcrest Park Entrance <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski reviewed that at the July Public Works Committee meeting several <br />options were presented to the Committee to control the dust on the access road into Elmcrest <br />Park. The recommendation of the Committee was to perform a double seal on the road, which <br />was ratified by the Council. He learned in mid-September that the material Used to complete the <br />double seal is no longer in production and the double seal cannot be completed ti'tis year. <br /> <br />The consensus of the Public Works Committee was to reschedule the double seal on the access <br />road into Etmcrest park to spring of 2006. <br /> <br />TH' 47/Pleasant Street Improvement P.roj eot <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec directed staffto follow up on the status of the north mm lane onto TH 47 fi.om CR <br />1 i6 traveling east in relation to the TH 47/Pleasant Street improvement Project. <br /> <br />Damage Due to Resident Driving into Ditch <br /> <br />The Committee reviewed pictures brougJat to the City by resident Jim Gronlund showing damage <br />that was done by a resident of the neighborhood driving into the ditch located at 169th Avenue <br />and Neon Street.
