Oakridge Industrial Park. The newly created lot will be named Lot 1, Block 1, Minks Business <br />Park. A drainage and utility easement vacation is necessary because two lots are being combined <br />into one lot, and the proposed building will be built across the drainage and utility easement on <br />the previous common property line. The newly created lot will be platted with a 10 foot drainage <br />and utility easement around the perimeter. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Jeffrey, Elvig, Olson, <br />Pearson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:16 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to introduce an <br />ordinance to vacate the easements for drainage and utility purposes on Lot 3, Block 1, Ramsey <br />67 Industrial Park, 1 st Addition and Lot 4, Block 10akridge Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case/t2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing: Consider Ordinance to Vacate Drainage and Utility <br />Easement in Clemens Addition; Case of Vincent Clemens <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:17 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained Vincent Clemens has submitted an <br />application for a minor plat to convert Outlot A of Clemens Addition into one buildable lot to be <br />called Lot 1, Block 1, Clemens Second Addition.
