Boos presented four possible layouts of the golf course on the property and explained that staff <br />has already had discussions with the MPCA regarding the issue. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen questioned the ownership of the property. <br /> <br />Park/Utilities Supervisor Boos replied that the majority of the land is owned by the MPCA and <br />the City receives no tax benefit currently from the land. <br /> <br />The Commission approved the proposed itinerary by consensus. <br /> <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johns, seconded by Chairperson Cook, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chair Cook, Commissioners Asfahl, Johns, LaMere, Ostrum and <br />Rolfe.
