Cons~a-uction of towers lo support <br />commercial anfennas that conform to all applicable provisions of this Code may be allowed only <br />the following locations: <br /> <br />Parcels at least 10 acres in size within the Tower Overlay District as shown <br />on the official Zoning Map.' - <br /> <br />b. All chm'ch, park, government, school, utility, and institutional sites at least <br /> . ! 0 acres in size. <br /> <br />9.15.04 <br /> <br />· Use of City Owned Land for Wireless Telecommunication Antennas and <br /> Towers <br /> <br />a. Priority of Users <br /> <br />1. City of Ramsey; <br /> <br />Public safety agencies, including law enforcement, fire, and <br />ambulance services, which are not part of the City of Ramsey and <br />· private entities with a public safety agreement w/th the City Of <br />Ramsey; <br /> <br />Other governmental agencies, for uses which are not related to public <br />safety; and <br /> <br />Entities providing licensed commercial wireless telecommunication <br />services including cellular, personal communication services (PCS), <br />specialized mobilized radio (SMR), enhanced specialized mobilized <br />radio (ESMK), paging, and similar services that are marl~eted to the <br />general public. <br /> <br />b. Minimum Requirements <br /> <br />The user must obtain a lease from 'the City, which shall take the <br />following criteria into consideration: <br /> <br />(a) The antennas or:tower will not interfere With the purpose for <br /> which the City owned property is intended; <br /> <br /> <br />
