ORDINANCE #05-30 <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated as legally described as the <br />following, to wit: <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easements along the common property line between Lot <br />1, Block 1, and Outlot A, as dedicated on the recorded plat of Clemens Addition, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
