ORDINANCE #05-30 <br /> <br /> ANO~ COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINA~CE VACATING AN <br />EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br />PURPOSES IN THE ~FFf OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The dedicated drainage and utility <br />easements are hereby vacated as legally <br />described as the following, to wit: <br /> The drainage and utility ease- <br /> ments along the common <br /> property line between Lot 1, <br /> Block 1, and Outlot A, as dedi- <br /> cated on the recorded plat of <br /> Clemens Addition, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. EFEECTIVE DATE <br /> This Ordinance becomes effective <br />thirty (30) days after its publication sub- <br />ject to the City Charter Section $.07. <br /> PASSED by the City Council of the <br />City of Ramsey this the 13th day of <br />December, 2005. <br />Thomas G.
