ORDINANCE #05-30 ANO~ COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINA~CE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE ~FFf OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated as legally described as the following, to wit: The drainage and utility ease- ments along the common property line between Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, as dedi- cated on the recorded plat of Clemens Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFEECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication sub- ject to the City Charter Section $.07.
