Observations: <br /> <br />There are 54 properties along the selected alignment. ThE elimination ofth~ trail has been <br />well received by the remaining parcels. A memo from the Tinklenberg Group and the list <br />of property owners contacted and the proposed amounts are attached.as well as exhibits <br />showing the location of each parcel. 3'odi Ruele of the Tinldenberg Group will likely be <br />bringing a few more to the City Council meeting on the 10th and we will also bring a <br />color coded spreadsheet that makes it more readable. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the completed negotiations with the three (3) property <br />owners.
