Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-01-XXX <br /> <br /> RESOLUTON APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-20, NW TRUNK <br /> SEWER AND WATER PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the design of this project was authorized by the City Council at their May <br /> 11, 2004 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public participation program was authorized by the City Council at their <br />December 6, 2004 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public informational meeting was held on February 7, 2005, at Ramsey <br />Fire Station No. 1 which outlined $ alternative alignments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Option No. 3 was selected and authorized by the City Council at their <br />April 12th, 2005 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the final design has been submitted and available at City Hall and <br />negotiations with affected property owners continues. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />i) That such contract documents and specifications, a copy of which will be made available, <br /> and made pan of are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for IP#03-20 is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing..resolutiun was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the l0th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />-213- <br /> <br /> <br />
