Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-X,X~X <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REVISING ANOKA COUNTY'S STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Anoka did adopt a resolution on <br />November 22, 2005, locating, establishing, designating and numbering the County State Aid <br />Highway System of Anoka County; and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes certain County State Aid Highways <br />within the corporate limits or the City of Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a part thereof, locating or establishing the County State Aid Highway system with <br /> the City limits (and revoking certain portions of said system) is in all things approved. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> · and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this l0th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION 06~01-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />-220- <br /> <br /> <br />
