Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 2006-2007 LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> WITH LELS-SERGEANTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and LELS-Sergeants have been negotiating the terms of a <br />two-year labor agreement; and <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the City and LELS-Sergeants have reached tentative agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br />Authorize the following terms of a two-year agreement between the City of Ramsey and <br /> <br />LELS-Sergeants: <br /> · Wages: <br /> <br /> 2006-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> 2007-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> <br /> · Insurance: 2006: Single: $426.50 Family:S665.00 <br /> 2007: Reopener <br /> <br /> · Holidays: Additional four hour floater <br /> · Severance 25 yrs 40% <br /> · Duration: 2 years <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the l0th day of January 10, 2006. <br /> <br />-388- <br /> <br /> <br />
