-TON & M F'N K, INC. <br />Brian Olson, City. of Ramsey <br />January 14, 2004 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />pump supplier to ensure all as-built drawings and equipment operation manuals are provided; and 6) <br />coordinate the incorporation of the new well into the existing SCADA system. <br /> <br />Task 4 -Interconnecting Watermains <br />In this task, we would perform the following major items: 1) provide engineering documents to secure a <br />qualified contractor to install the interconnecting watermains and associated road work and obtain <br />approval from MDH, DNR and other agencies; 2) coordinate and assist the City staff in processing and <br />obtaining all necessary permits; 3) perform bidding services; 4) provide the necessary construction <br />engineering and periodic construction observation services during the construction of the interconnecting <br />watermains along with the associated road work to ensure the facility is constructed according to the plans <br />and specifications; 5) coordinate and assist the City in reviewing the watermain/road work contractor <br />payment requests; and 6) coordinate with the watermain/road work contractor to ensure all as-built <br />drawings are provided. <br /> <br />The costs to perform the tasks described above would be the not-to-exceed amounts presented below: <br /> Task 1 $52,930 <br /> Task 2 13,000 <br /> Task 3 8,000 <br /> Task 4 12,000 <br /> Total Estimated Costs $85,930 <br /> <br />Only the actual costs incurred to perform the work would be billed.
