REO1)8 0 2005 <br /> <br />Record ID 1634704 <br /> <br />485554.002 <br /> <br />Board Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION//05-07-200 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE TO THE <br />IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RESTRICTIONS IN THE CRITICAL RIVER AND WILD <br />AND SCENIC RIVER OVERLAY DISTRICTS TO FACILITATE ADDITIONAL <br />CUSTOMER PARKING AREAS FOR SUPERBOWL AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Harvey L. and Rose M. Anderson Family Limited Partnership (the <br />"Permittee") has properly applied for a variance from the maximum impervious surface <br />restrictions in the Critical River Overlay District and Wild and Scenic River Overlay District on <br />the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of Lot 1, Block 1, RIVERVIEW BOWL, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />lying Northerly of the North line of Lot 2, Block 1, RIVERVIEW BOWL, and the <br />Westerly extension of said North line. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on July 7, 2005, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from impervious lot coverage <br />restrictions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact #0725, a variance to the maximum impervious surface <br />restrictions in the Critical River and Wild and Scenic River Overlay Districts is hereby <br />granted, contingent upon certification from the Commissioner of the Department of <br />Natural Resources in accordance with Section 9.21.07 (Critical River Overlay District <br />Development Standards), Subd. 7.c (Notification Procedures and Certification). <br /> <br />The Permittee shall not exceed impervious lot coverage of more than 86% (eighty-six <br />percent) for the Subject Property as reflected on the Grading and Erosion Control Plan <br />prepared by Surveying & Engineering Professionals, Inc., dated March 11, 2004, and <br />revised on June 29, 2005 by City Staff, per the Permittee's verbal instructions, to reflect <br />that the building expansion is a future expansion. <br /> <br />3. The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction. <br /> <br /> <br />
