Said Line B being described as commencing at a point on the North line of the above described properly a distance of 733.07 feet West of the Northeast comer thereof, as measured along said North line; thence South 13 degrees 40 minutes 54 seconds East 268.69 feet to a point on said Line A, a distance of 667.00 feet West of the Southeast comer thereof as measured along said Line A. EXCEPT the East 20 feet, as measured at right angles, thereof. Together with: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as lying East of the Easterly line of the right of way of County State Aid Highway No. 5, lying West of a line to be hereafter known as "Line B" for the purposes of this description and lying North of a line to be hereafter known as "Line A" for the purposes of this description, said Line A being described as: Commencing at the Northeast comer of Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes West, assumed basis of bearings, along the North line thereof for a distance of 1100.52 feet; thence South 29 degrees 14 minutes East for a distance of 300.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 52 minutes West parallel with said North line for a distance of 22.97 feet, more or less, to intersect the Easterly line of the right of way of County State Aid Highway No. 5, said point of intersection also being the actual point of beginning of said Line A to be hereby described; thence return South 89 degrees 52 minutes East along said parallel line for a distance of 972.56 feet, more or less, to intersect the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and there terminate said Line A. Said Line B being described as beginning at a point on the North line of the above described property a distance of 733.07 feet West of the Northeast comer thereof, as measured along said North line; thence Southeasterly along said Line B to be hereby described to terminate same at a point on said Line A, a distance of 667.00 feet West of the Southeast comer thereof, as measured along said Line A. Together with: That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the Southeast Comer of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East, along the East line of said North Half of Southeast Quarter, a distance of 174.80 feet, and to the point of beginning herein; thence continuing North 0 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 162.21 feet; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes 33 seconds West, parallel with the South line of said North Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,389.46 feet, to the center line of County State Aid Highway No. 5, as now laid out and traveled; thence Southeasterly along said center line of said County State RESOLUTION//05-11-389 Page 2 of 5
