Sylvia Frolik <br />TIF Specialist Sean Sullivan <br />Shirley Barnes, Crestview Senior Communities <br />John LeToumeau, Crestview Senior Communities <br />Ken Svor, Crestview Senior Communities <br />Jill Krance, Ellness, Swenson, Graham <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey Town Center Work Session to order at <br />5:35 p.m. <br /> <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />1) Crestview Senior Housing TIF Request <br /> <br />Shirley Barnes, the Chief Executive Officer of Crestview Senior Communities, presented an <br />overview of the proposed project in the Ramsey Town Center. Jill Krance, of Ellness, Swenson, <br />Graham, the architect for the project, distributed campus layout and internal design of the <br />proposed project. The presenters explained the different projects within the campus; including <br />independent living, assisted living, and several options for yet a third area of the project which <br />may include memory care, transitional care, or skilled care licensed units. <br /> <br />The City Council discussed Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for the project. Councilmembers <br />individually voiced support of TIF. A proposal will be before the Council sometime early in <br /> <br />Town Center Work Session/November 28, 2005 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
