Update the City's Policy Manual. <br /> 2. Continue to work towards an e-agenda process, improve availability of city <br /> records/documents on-line. <br /> 3. Make an application for an individual ZIP Code address for Ramsey residents. <br /> 4. Implement GIS usage in City Departments, research options for merging ArcView <br /> applications with document imaging program. <br /> 5. Consider future use for of Old Town Hall renovation and potential relocation. <br /> 6. Continue management of website for up-to-date information, design, and services. <br /> 7. Reactivate Safety/Labor Management Committees. (Labor Mgmt. reactivated in 2003). <br /> 8. Continue to work with the Police Department, Fire Department and the Ramsey Elementary <br /> School on Emergency Evacuation Plan. (on-going) <br /> 9. Continue working with the Happy Days Commitlee to plan for the 2005 Happy Days Festival <br /> events and parade. (on-going) <br /> 10. Continue working on improvement of content & design of Ramsev Resident. <br /> 11. Complete burial research & platting work for Trott Brook Cemetery to establish official <br /> record. <br /> <br />Human Resources Work Plan <br /> 1.
