Environmental Work Plan <br /> 1. Continue partnership with A noka County Genealogical Society for restoration and <br /> <br /> maintenance of culturally significant historical sites. <br />2. Continue Oak Wilt Cost Share program for homeowners. (ongoing) <br />3. Develop and implement new guidelines for a more effective oak wilt control program. <br /> <br />5. Prepare a Traprock neighborhood replanting plan and lot evaluation. <br />6. Consider extending the Firewise tree thinning program to other neighborhoods. <br />7. Continue to partner with Ramsey Elementary School for annual Environmental Expo and <br /> Arbor celebration. <br /> <br />9. Develop and implement a wetland buffer ordinance. <br /> 10. Review status of implementation of Tree Preservation ordinance. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br />' Objective: Provide quality and cost-effectivepublic works services that meet City-wide objectives. <br /> <br />Engineering Work Plan 1. Revise and update all water distribution (complete excluding most recent developments), <br /> storm water system (60% complete), and sanitary sewer utility (complete excluding most <br /> recent developments) mapping.(On-going) <br /> 2. Create data base information for utilities and storm water management. <br /> 3. Implement 2005 portion of Capital Improvement Program and add all proposed street <br /> maintenance programs identified in the 5 year CIP (Annual revision). <br /> 4. Update/revise 7-year Maintenance Program including the gravel road elimination program <br /> (grep). <br /> 5. Continue to implement a CAD system. (Complete 2004) <br /> 6. Develop priority map identifying potential problems in case of lift station failure <br /> (completion in 2005). <br /> 7. Develop plan review checklist to assure consistent ~nd accurate plan reviews <br /> 8. License appropriate Engr staff for operating communal septic systems for <br /> preparation of cluster housing opportunities. <br /> <br />Streets Work Plan <br /> l. Continue storm water inspection system and prioritize corrections as necessary. <br /> 2. Continue street maintenance performance evaluation program for seal coating and overlay <br /> projects utilizing the street rating program with engr and PW staff. <br /> 3. Complete final year of 5-year plan to replace all City street signs with more visible street <br /> signs. (will be completed in 2005) <br /> 4. Bring metal building up to year-round use (siding and insulation). <br /> 5. Educate residents on plowing process and staking policy. (On-going) <br /> 6. Complete moving mailboxes from cul-de-sacs. (less than 30 remain) <br /> 7. Continue OSHATMNDOT training in equipment operation. (On-going) <br /> 8. Propose street/walk/trail maintenance needs within the RTC <br /> <br />Utilities Work Plan 1. Complete rate study and comprehensive water and sewer plans for Utilities.(complete 2004) <br /> 2.
