CITY OF RAMSEY <br />DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 12TH ADDITION <br /> <br /> CONTRACT dated this day of , 2006, by and between the <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, a Minnesota municipal corporation (the "CITY") and RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, (the "DEVELOPER"). <br /> <br /> 1. Request for Plat Approval. The DEVELOPER has asked the CITY to approve a <br />Plat for RAMSEY TOWN CENTER 12th ADDITION (also referred to in tiffs Contract as the <br />"Plat"). The land is legally described as: <br /> <br />0utlot A, Ramsey Town Center 8th Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> 2. Other Agreements.
