Councilmember introduced the following re~olution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTHORIZATION OF. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR RAMSEY BOULEVARD IMPROVMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-20 <br /> <br /> WltEREAS, the City of Ramsey has entered into a contract with TKDA for design <br />services for the Ramsey Town Center AUAR Regional Roadway Improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been prepared and reviewed by staff and <br />the applicable reviewing agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the plans are ready for construction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />The City Council authorizes advertisement for bids for Ramsey Boulevard Improvements, <br />Improvement Project #05-20. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly secOnded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 17th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-281- <br /> <br /> <br />
