Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-01-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WITH TK1)A FOR <br />RAMSEY BOULEVARD IMPROVMENTS, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #05-20 <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the City of Ramsey has entered into a contract with TKDA for design <br />services for the Ramsey Town Center AUAR Regional Roadway Improvements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the scope letter provided with the contract specified additional services <br />would be required to complete construction; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, TKDA has submitted Amendment No.1 detailing the proposed services to <br />be provided during construction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br /> The City Council authorizes Contract Amendment No. 1 for Improvement Project #05-20 <br /> with TKDA in the amount of $193,999. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 17th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />-282- <br /> <br /> <br />
