As requested, we separated our design and construction costs into separate segments along Civic Center Drive, Rhinestone Street and Zeolite Street as shown in our feasibility study dated January 20, 2005. Our design costs and engineering costs during construction for each of the segments are as follows: PROJECT SEGMENT DESIGN COST ENGINEERING COSTS DURING CONSTRUCTION II: A. Zeolite Street from Sunwood Drive to Bunker Lake Boulevard $39,500.00 $19,975.00 II: B. Zeolite Street Bridge $87,872.00 $98,802.00 III: A. Civic Center Drive from Sapphire Street to Rhinestone Street $19,900.00 $9,875.00 III: B. Rhinestone Street from Civic Center Drive to Sunwood Drive $ 4,900.00 $5,650.00 Total Costs: $152,172.0,0 $134,302.00 The above cost includes preparation of final plm~s and specifications for bidding purposes and State Aid approval for Segments II-A, II-B and III-B. The engineering ~costs during construction include contract administration, surveying, inspection and material testing for the bridge and completion of as-built plans. The above costs do not included inspection or materials testing for the streets and utilities on Zeolite Street, Civic Center Drive and Rhinestone Street.
