As discussed, URS will be assisting with the bridge design and construction inspection and documentation for <br />the Zeolite Street Bridge. Based on their knowledge of the surrounding improvements in the area and their <br />experience on the Rkinestone Street Bridge, they are well qualified to provide engineering services for the <br />Zeolite Street Bridge. <br /> <br />Based on receiving council authorization to proceed on the project on January 24, 2006, we have estimated the <br />following project schedule: <br /> <br />.Task <br />Prepare final plans and specifications, and submit to <br />reviewing agencies for permits and Mn/DOT for approval <br /> <br />Completion Date <br />May 1, 2006 <br /> <br />Submit to City Council to set the bid date <br /> <br />May 9, 2006 <br /> <br />Receive bids <br /> <br />June 7, 2006 <br /> <br />Award bids <br /> <br />June 13,2006 <br /> <br />Begin construction June 26, 2006 <br />Substantial completion November 3, 2006 <br />'Complete project restoration and cleanup June 1, 2007 <br /> <br />We again wish to express our appreciation to you for this opportunity to offer our services.
