Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 2006-2007 LABOR AGREEMENT <br /> WITH LELS-PATROL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and LELS-Patrol have been negotiating the terms of a two- <br />year labor agreement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and LELS-Patrol have reached tentative agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br />Authorize the following terms of a two-year agreement between the City of Ramsey and <br />LELS-PatroI: <br /> <br />Wages: <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />Holidays: <br /> <br />Sick Leave/ <br />Severance <br /> <br />Duration: <br /> <br />Compensatory <br />Time Off: <br /> <br />Court <br />Stand-by: <br /> <br />2006-3% plus applicable step increases <br />2007-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> <br />2006: Single: $426.50 <br />2006: Family: $665.00 <br />2007: Reopener <br /> <br />Additional four hour floater <br /> <br />25 yrs 40% <br /> <br />2 years <br /> <br />For a one year trial period Patrol Officers will be able to elect <br />Compensatory Time Offin lieu of being paid overtime. The terms <br />of the Compensatory Time Off policy will be spelled out in a <br />memorandum of understanding which will sunset on December 31, <br />2006.
