Time Worked: <br /> <br />Holiday <br />Credits and <br />Accruals: <br />Language <br />Clarification <br /> <br />For the purpose of calculating overtime/sick leave/vacation <br />leave, an employee using paid holidays, vacation leave or sick <br />leave is considered to be working.. <br /> <br />Employees shall receive credit for 96 holiday hOurs at the <br />beginning of each year. The City will buy back holiday hours in <br />January and November of each year. <br /> <br />Employees who leave employment prior to December 31st <br />will only be paid for unused holiday hours from holidays that <br />occurred prior to the termination date. <br /> <br />Employees who use holiday hours or receive compensation for <br />holiday hours before the holiday occurs and leave employment <br />prior to December 31st, must pay the City back holiday hours for <br />any holiday that has not occurred prior to the termination date. <br />Funds owed to the City must be paid prior to ending the <br />employment relationship. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sanae: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />-304- <br /> <br /> <br />
