CASE #: ~ <br /> <br />CONSIDER APPROVING 2006-2007 WAGES AND BENEFITS <br /> FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br />By: Givonna Reed, Human Resources Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Below are the terms and conditions which staff is proposing for non-union employees. <br />These terms and conditions are commensurate with those being offered to un/on <br />employees. <br /> <br />Wages: <br /> <br />Insurance: <br /> <br />Holidays: <br /> <br />Sick Leave/ <br />Severance: <br /> <br />2006-3% plus applicable step increases <br />2007-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> <br />2006: Single: $426.50 <br />2006: Family: $665.00 <br /> <br />Additional four hour floater <br /> <br /> 5 yrs 33% <br />15 yrs 35% <br />20 yrs 37% <br />25 yrs 40% <br /> <br />Committee Recommendation: <br /> <br />Recommend that City Council approve the above-listed benefits and wages for non-union <br />employees.
