Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING 2006-2007 WAGES AND BENEFITS <br /> FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to offer employees wages and benefits increases for <br />2006 and 2007; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed changes to wages and benefits are in line with what <br />was offered to union employees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br /> <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to do the following: <br /> <br />Authorize the following compensation schedule and benefits for non-union employees: <br /> <br />Wages: 2006-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> 2007-3% plus applicable step increases <br /> <br />Insurance: 2006: Single: $426.50 <br /> 2006: Family: $665.00 <br /> <br />Holidays: Additional four hour floater <br /> <br />Sick Leave/ 5 yrs 33% <br />Severance: 15 yrs 35% <br /> 20 yrs 37% <br /> 25 yrs 40% <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br /> Council this the 24th day of January, 2006. <br /> <br />-306- <br /> <br /> <br />
