NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: ' Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a pub- lic hearing on Tuesday, becember 13, 2005, at Ramsey Fire Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to adopt the City of Ramsey 2006-2010 Capital Improvement Program. The Capital Improvement Program is a long- term financial plan of at least five years that consists of projects and facilities that are or will be needed by the City in car- tying out the future needs for the public health, .safety and welfare of the City. The Capitial Improvement Program doc- , umeot is-cotegorized by projects relating to site acquisitions, street improvements, utility system improvements, municipal building~ and park. improvements. Approval of the Capita[ Improvement program by City Council does not autho: rize spending or initiation of any_given_ pr~jec~-, it dobs however, provide a guide for the community for a whole array o[ private and public decision making, · impacted by public capita! expenditures. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the City's ~006-2010 Capital Improvement Program. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon request, information will be provided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available.
