NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:' Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2005, at Fire Station #1 - 15050 Armstrong Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, relat- ing to the proposal of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, to establish a Redevelopment Project Area in con- nection with the acquisition of certain properties for right-of-way purposes,- described as: Anchors Away - 6745 Highway 1 O, ' Ramsey, Minnesota and adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Project Area; all pursuant to and in conformity with appli- ~ cable law, including Minnesota Statutes,. Sections 469.001 through 469.047 andI 469.090 through 469.1082. A copy ofi the relative documentation proposed to i be considered at the hearing will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at the Ramsey City Hall at least 10 days prior to the public hearing.
