Absent: Board Member Nixt. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance to Minimum Street Frontage on PIN #08-32-25-11- <br />0008; Case of Larry Skogquist <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson closed the regular portion of the Board of Adjustment meeting at 7:07 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the public hearing to order for Case #1 and #2 at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Planner Rasmussen explained that Larry Skogquist is requesting a variance to the minimum <br />street frontage requirement in order that a dwelling may be constructed on a lot they own that is <br />located on the south side of County Road #63 and northwest of Dellwood Hills. The Board of <br />Adjustment approved a variance from the minimum street frontage and lot width on July 7, 1998 <br />for this property. The applicant did not initiate the variance within the one-year time frame, nor did <br />they petition for an extension of time to complete the variance. The applicant would like a re- <br />issuance of the variance from the street frontage requirements. The applicant also owns the <br />adjacent lot to the west and is proposing to grant an easement for access to County Road #63 to this <br />landlocked parcel. <br /> <br />Cit~en Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Wivoda and seconded by Board Member Kociscak to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Board Members Wivoda, Kociscak, <br />Dempsey, and Johnson. Voting No: None. Absent: Board Member Nixt. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at 7:08 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson and seconded by Board Member Dempsey to adopt <br />Resolution #00-04-077 adopting Findings of Fact #0513 relating to Larry Skogquist's request for <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment/April 4, 2000 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
