Community Development Director Frolik replied that she would have to review records, but <br />noted that it is one of the most common types of variances on the river. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Kociscak, seconded by Board Member Reeve, to adopt Resolution <br />#00-09-226 adopting Findings of Fact # 0530 relating to Harold and Nancy Boyum's request for <br />a variance to Section 9.21.07 of the Ramsey City Code regarding structure setback from the <br />Mississippi River. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Board Member Dempsey stated that he is concerned that #14 of the findings <br />of fact should be in the negative. Board Member Kociscak questioned why it would be <br />considered overcrowding when the home meets all the sideyard setbacks. Board Member <br />Dempsey replied that it will impact the value of the adjacent homes. <br /> <br />Amendment by Board Member Dempsey, seconded by Board Member Reeve, to find #14 of the <br />finding of fact in the negative to the applicant. <br /> <br />Amendment failed. Voting Yes: Board Members Dempsey, and Reeve.
