The purpose of this urbanized district is to accommodate a variety of residential dwelling <br /> 21 unit types on suitable land and shall be serviced by sanitary sewer and municipal water. <br /> 22 (B) Application — This district shall be applied to properties guided High Density Residential within the <br /> 23 MUSA as shown on the current Comprehensive Plan where sanitary sewer and water infrastructure is <br /> 24 available. <br /> 25 <br /> 26 420 Uses <br /> 27 The following subchapter establishes a listing of the permitted, conditional, principal, accessory, and <br /> 28 temporary uses for the residential zoning districts. The uses have been allocated to the individual districts <br /> 29 to allow reasonable use of properties in a manner that is compatible with the purpose of each residential <br /> 30 zoning district,the overall purpose of this chapter, and the Comprehensive Plan.
