Sketch Plan: Skyline Pointe <br />January 26, 2006 <br />Sof3 <br /> <br />Trail Fee: The plat will be subject to Trail Fees and they must be paid prior to release of the final <br />plat for recording. The current rate is $580.00 per unit; the rate in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be utilized. <br /> <br />Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: The plat will be subject to trunk sewer and water fees for each <br />newly created lot. The current rate for trunk sewer is $I,137.00 per unit; the current rate for <br />trunk water is $1,925.00 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of tLnal plat approval will be <br />utilized. <br /> <br />Easement Vacations: This plat will require the vacation of existing drainage and utility <br />easements <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: A stormwater management fee must be paid for the new units <br />being created. The current rate is $397.00 per unit. The rate in effect at the time of final plat <br />approval will be utilized. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2006, <br />at the Ramsey Fire Station No. I located at 15050 Armstrong Boulevard, to consider your request <br />for a review of the sketch plan and conduct the public hearing for the request for an amendment <br />to the Comprehensive Plan.
