That the subject property cannot meet City requirements without exceeding the 600-foot cul- <br /> de-sac length due to multiple wetland areas on the property and the lack of alternative <br /> roadways. <br /> <br />7. That the special conditions causing the undue hardship do/do not result from the actions of <br /> the Applicant. <br /> <br />8. That if granted, the variance will/will not grant special privilege that is denied to other <br /> owners of lands, structures or buildings in the same district. <br /> <br />9. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> <br /> 10. That if ~anted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of the <br /> Ramsey Zoning Chapter or other property in the area. <br /> <br /> 11.
