section thickness is therefore 12.6 inches, with a minimum section of 7.5 inches located on 147t1i <br />Avenue, 160 feet east of Ferret Street. <br />3.2 Watermain <br />Watermain was installed along 147th Avenue up to the beginning of the proposed improvements <br />in 2012 as part of the Sunwood Drive re -alignment project. The existing watermain is believed to <br />be in good condition and no repairs are anticipated to be required as part of this project. <br />However, Staff plans to leak test the watermain during development of plans and specifications. <br />3.3 Sanitary Sewer <br />Sanitary sewer was installed under Armstrong Boulevard in City -owned right-of-way east of the <br />146th Avenue temporary cul-de-sac as part of the Armstrong Boulevard Interchange project in <br />2015. The existing sanitary sewer is believed to be in good condition and no repairs are <br />anticipated to be required as part of this project. However, staff plans to televise the sewer during <br />development of plans and specifications. <br />3.4 Storm Sewer/Drainage <br />Storm sewer was installed along 147t1i Avenue up to the beginning of the proposed improvements <br />in 2012 as part of the Sunwood Drive re -alignment project. Currently storm water runoff drains <br />off the two existing cul-de-sacs to low areas. This storm sewer is believed to be in good condition <br />and no repairs are anticipated to be required as part of this project. However, staff plans to <br />televise the sewer during development of plans and specifications. <br />3.5 Streets <br />3.5.1 Existing Typical Sections <br />The width of 146th Avenue, 147th Avenue, and Ferret Street is 40-feet from face -of -curb to <br />face -of -curb. The cul-de-sac on Ferret Street has a 50-foot radius to the back of curb. The <br />streets are generally centered within a 66-foot wide City -owned right-of-way, with a 130- <br />foot wide diameter right-of-way around the cul-de-sac on Ferret Street. <br />3.5.2 Maintenance History <br />The area roadways were originally constructed in 1988. 146th Avenue, 147th Avenue, and <br />Ferret Street received crack seal and seal coat in 1994 and 2001.
