Case #3: 2005 Environmental Expo Revie~v and 2006 Expo Preview Meeting <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson McDilda suggested that for the next expo event, the EPB have a more <br />comprehensive booth that focuses more on their scope and purpose as opposed to a specific <br />topic. Board Member Max inquired as to how the EPB's role in the expo may evolve after the <br />possible retirement of Enviromnental Specialist Bruce Bacon. <br /> <br />Staff Member Brace Bacon informed the Board of an upcoming meeting on May 25, 2005 to <br />review this year's expo and initial planning for next year's event. Mr. Bacon extended an <br />invitation to any members that would be available to attend. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Review and Discuss Contact with the Metro Mosquito Control and the <br />Implications for Ramsey <br /> <br />Acting Chairperson McDilda noted that members of the Metro Mosquito Control were present at <br />the expo and just thought this might be an avenue to explore as to whether there could be an <br />opportunity to utilize the MMC to assist with ground proofing the wetland data. <br /> <br />TASK FORCE INPUT <br /> <br />Board Members discussed the appointing of chair and vice chair and ultimately decided to <br />postpone these appointments until the wetland buffer ordinance is in final draft form. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Max and seconded by Board Member Olds to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson McDilda, Board Members Olds, Max, Sibilski, <br />and Bentz. Voting No: None.
