Based on discussion.
EPB: 09/19/05
CASE # 3
Wetland Buffer Ordinance Update
By: Chris Anderson, Zoning & Recycling Coordinator
Background:
As you know, during the July 26, 2005 City Council meeting, Staff was directed to place the
wetland buffer ordinance back on a council work session agenda. The topic has been scheduled
for the September 20 council work session. Members of the Environmental Policy Board are
encouraged to attend this meeting in support of the draft ordinance and to help address questions
and/or concerns raised regarding this ordinance.
Recommendation:
NA
EPB Action
This is for informational purposes only. No action is required.
EPB: 09/19/05
CASE # 4
Meeting Dates
By: Chris Anderson, Zoning & Recycling Coordinator
Background:
Currently, the EPB meets on the first and third Mondays of each month. However, now that the
tree preservation ordinance has been completed and the wetland buffer ordinance is nearing
completion, which were two major areas of focus originally for this group, the need for two
meetings per month has diminished.
Recommendation:
Staff is recommending reducing the number of monthly meetings to one, either the first or third
Monday of each month.
