Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler replied that there has been some concern from the <br />Fire Department. He explained that every year that get calls that there are children standing in <br />water at 157th Avenue waiting for the bus. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that if on the worst day of the year the Fire Department can't <br />get a tanker truck down the street then there is enough concern to initiate the process of restoring <br />the road to the standard ora normal gravel road. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works Kapler replied that they could use that criteria in the spring. <br /> <br />6) December Public Works Meeting <br /> <br />Director of Public Works Kapler stated that the meeting would be scheduled for December 19th, <br />but there is nothing that would require immediate action. <br /> <br />Consensus of the Committee was to schedule a Public Works meeting prior to the Council <br />meeting on December 12, 2000 to discuss the storm drainage water utility. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Chairperson Zimmerman, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
