Location <br />The Partners' offices are located at 199 Coon Rapids Boulevard, Suite 300, <br />Coon Rapids, Minnesota, 55433. <br /> <br />Products and Services <br />The primary services provided by the Partners are facilitation and <br />communications pertaining to economic development in the county. <br /> <br />The Partners act as a central clearing house for economic <br />development activities within the county. Available properties as well <br />as city and township contacts are accessible through the Partners' <br />website. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are received and shared <br />with all partners. <br /> <br />· The Partners will actively support major development initiatives within <br /> the county. <br /> <br />· Prospects and contacts for new development and emerging markets <br /> will be investigated and shared with all partners. <br /> <br />The Board of Directors will establish annual strategic development <br />initiatives in collaboration with County Commissioners, city councils, <br />township board members, and/or their staff as assigned. <br /> <br />Legislative activities are monitored and influenced by direct contact <br />with legislators, development of proposed legislation or positions, and <br />testimony supporting or opposing active legislation. <br /> <br />· Business retention and expansion activities are conducted in <br /> conjunction with participating partners. <br /> <br />· Business training and development seminars are conducted in <br /> conjunction with participating partners. <br /> <br />Rev. 1/4/05 <br /> · Regular meetings are held with key staff from the participating <br /> Partner organizations. The collaborative efforts result in more <br /> successful growth opportunities for all participating partners in the <br /> county. <br /> <br /> <br />
