PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEAI~dNG CITY OF RAMSEY' ' ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-12 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramse)/ City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 22, 2000, at 7:00 p,m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen 8oulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The hearing is being held to consider'the improvement of bituminous paving of Iguana Street from 153rd Avenue to 151st Lane (Improvement Project #99-12). All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement project. The City of Ramsey com- plies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will b provided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Deputy City Clerk JoAnn Thieling at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2000. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591.
