PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-33 IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public' hearing on Tuesday, February 22, 2000, at 7;00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The bearing is being held to consider input regarding the Section 28 Development Study (improvement Project #99-33). Section 28 is bounded by on the north by 149th Avenue (rural residential land), on the west and east by County Roads #83 and #56 respectively, and on the south by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed section 28 Development Study. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Deputy City Clerk JoAnn Thieling at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2000. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 427.8591. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN 55303.
