PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-33 <br /> IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey <br />City Council will hold a public' hearing on <br />Tuesday, February 22, 2000, at 7;00 p.m. in <br />the Council Chambers of the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> The bearing is being held to consider <br />input regarding the Section 28 Development <br />Study (improvement Project #99-33). Section <br />28 is bounded by on the north by 149th <br />Avenue (rural residential land), on the west <br />and east by County Roads #83 and #56 <br />respectively, and on the south by the <br />Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad. <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />section 28 Development Study. The City of <br />Ramsey complies with the Americans With <br />Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative <br />form and interpreters will be available. Any <br />person with such a request should contact <br />Deputy City Clerk JoAnn Thieling at 427-1410 <br />by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2000. <br />There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal <br />Center; the number is 427.8591. <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall <br />be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, MN <br />55303.
