PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-67 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 22, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The hearing is being held to conside~ the improvement of storm sewer to the Mississippi River Stormwater Subdrainage District No. 1 (Improvement Project//99-67). All interested per~ons are'invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement project. The City of Ramsey com- plies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form and inter- preters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Deputy City Clerk JoAnn Thieling at 427-1410 by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2000. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey Municipal Center; the number is 427-8591. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Rarnsey City Council, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Rarnsey, MN 55303.
