Mr. Norman replied yes. <br /> <br />Councihnember Hendriksen stated that the 1.176 million dollar appraisal is the entire property <br />and asked if that number is derived by taking property and subtracting clean-up costs. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman responded that in court, they do not subtract that out. <br /> <br />#5: T.H. #10 Corridor Coalition <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman handed out a Joint Powers Agreement for the North Metro T.H. #10 <br />Corridor Coalition. He stated that Dayton is now interested and Anoka County has joined our <br />group. This would start the process to get MnDOT to pursue the corridor study. He anticipated <br />that Anoka may have some reluctance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman inquired what Ramsey's benefits would be. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman replied that we get a State and Federal paid corridor study and eventually a bridge <br />crossing. <br /> <br />Councilmember Connolly inquired if there is a cost. <br /> <br />Mr. Norman stated there is a cost for the lobbyist's effort. He originally thought $2,000. He <br />added that we have now asked Elk River, Dayton and Anoka County. He inquired of Council if <br />there is an interest in working with this further. <br /> <br />Council's response was yes. <br /> <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT <br /> <br />1. Fire Station Groundbreaking <br /> <br />Mr. Norman noted that the Fire Station groundbreaking is scheduled for 5:00 p.m., April 13, <br />2000. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen asked that it be moved to Wednesday, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />2.
