DONNA PRUEHER
9041 167th Lane, NW
Ramsey, MN 55303
Day Phone: (763) 576-3251
Evening Phone: (763) 441-4120

March 20, 2000

Ramsey City Hall
Local Board of Review Meeting
15133 Nowthen Blvd., NW
Ramsey, MN 55303

Please provide explanation of Estimated Market Value Increase for Payable 2001 for
PIN R07 32 25 42 0028 01159524. The increase from year 2000 to year 2001 is
$16,900 - a substantial increase from previous years. The following information indicates
market value changes for the above PIN beginning in 1995:

1995- $131,000
1996- $138,400 +$7,400
1997- $142,900 +$4,500
1998- $150,200 +$7,300
1999- $155,800 +$5,600
2000-$163,400 +$7,600
2001- $180,300 +$16,900

As you can see, from 1995 - 2000 the average annual market value increase was $6,480 -
considerably less than the proposed market value between years 2000 and 2001.

The last visit with the assessor -,vas in the spring of 1999. We still have a basement
completely unfinished; with no intention on finishing it, and still are without a deck or
patio, no square footage has been added, and no remodeling has been done to our
property. So please explain justification for such a dramatic market value increase.

Sincerely,

Donna Prueher

cc: Anoka County & Property Records & Taxation Division
