Council <br />felt that this was an issue to be discussed with the City Attorney. Is the City being more <br />restrictive than the State? Councilmember Hendriksen stated that he wants to know if City staff <br />is interpreting a system that does not meet current standards (i.e., correct sized tank for number <br />of bedrooms, etc.) as a failed system at the point of sale. What is the City enforcing? <br /> <br />Consensus of the Board of Review was that nothing would be done relating to Mr. Connolly's <br />valuation until there has been more discussion relating to septic systems.
