Norman <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Elvig called the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:02 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Consideration of Resolution Regarding Park and Ride - Ramsey Town <br /> Center <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised the City of Ramsey has made it to the second round in its <br />application for a Congestion Mitigation Air Quality (CMAQ) grant. Clarification is needed from <br />the City regarding what assurances will be provided that people showing up to utilize the trains <br />or buses will have parking available. The proposed resolution states that regulations to control <br />the use of"park and ride" stalls will include signage of stalls for exclusive "park and ride" usage <br />during conunuting times, daily monitoring of the designated "park and ride" area by City of <br />Ramsey police and ticketing of violators. <br /> <br />City Council / September 20, 2005 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
