Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Assistant City Administrator Kim Moore-Sykes <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br /> <br />at the <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. and <br />Councilmember Zimmerman led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Hanson, Bake Star, stated his question is with regard to the Ace Solid Waste Transfer <br />Station. He noted he feels there is a violation of the City Code. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec asked if this is the same topic on which Mr. Hanson sent a letter to the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Hanson responded no. He stated it is a violation of Section 9.034, Subsection 2 N, on page <br />273, when City Council has a disagreement on the Planning Commission's Findings of Fact, the <br />Council must refer the matter back to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the City Attorney would answer the questions during the discussion of the <br />case. <br /> <br />City Council/May 23, 2000 <br /> Page 3 of 36 <br /> <br /> <br />
