Mayor Gamec stated he had attended the Saber Award Ceremony at Sandberg Middle School. <br />He noted they are awards for attendance. He added to be eligible the student must have no more <br />than ten absences, with no bus reports, at least a C average and participation in certain school <br />activities. He stated there would be 150 awards received by students. He congratulated the <br />students on their achievement. He noted the Principal of Sandberg School, Mr. Ron Mitchell, is <br />retiring after 18 years of hard work. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted the request of Community Development Director Frolik to add Case #12 B, <br />Request For a Conditional Use Permit to Grade And Export Soils; Case Of Eric Thomsen. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to approve <br />the agenda as revised. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Zimmerman, <br />Connolly, and Hendriksen. Voting No: None.
