The selected vendor will ~egin service with the City on August 1, 2000. In order to ensure a fair review and selec~ ion process, companies submitting quotes are prohibited from contacting any other City staff or Council members regarding these propos- als. It is anticipated, following review, the Ramsey City Council will authorize a contract with the selected vendor at the Tuesday, luly 25, 2000.City Council meeting. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all quotes for any, or no reason, and furthermore reserves the right to accept any quote deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Interested vendors are invited to submit a letter of interest and completed application/ :pricing forms. All quotes must be received by 4:45 p.m., Monday, July 10, 2000. No quotes will be accepted after 4:45p.m. on July 10, 2000.
